Boxes that are stored within our record centres are placed on custom manufactured racking systems to allow for the most efficient methods of storage, keeping space capacity at its maximum and competitive pricing achievable. |
 Each box received by us is uniquely identified with an individual barcode which thus enables us to retrieve the item from our record centre with minimum search time. We also provide our clients with an electronic list of the documents we hold on their behalf, easing the request process when retrieving an item. |
| Each box attracts a charge on a per month basis and our systems can automatically highlight an item for retention review at a later date, providing we are informed on initial entry of the item into our store. |
